I suck at sleeping, I do the wake-up-at-4am-and-worry-about-everything type of insomnia. and I liked to think it didn’t matter so much, but after reading this excellent book I am really, finally working on fixing it (even to the point of not drinking any alcohol, which is, you know, hard 🙄). Scribner 2017 hardcover, design by ?? (not listed in the kindle version, which drives me nuts! anyone know?)
