Please note this is a stub-tailed armadillo, maybe he didn't quite make it across a Texas road in time ;)
I make little ceramic animals (or Ceranimals, if you will, because I can't resist a portmanteau). They are great for bringing love and good fortune to your desk, or keep yours in your pocket to squeeze when necessary. Each one is one-of-a-kind, made with my hands at that one moment, so if this one particularly speaks to you, get it, because there won't be another one just like it.
They are each around two inches in their largest direction, but some a little smaller and some a little bigger.
The clay is brown and speckled, and fired to cone 10 (about 2300 degrees Fahrenheit) in a gas reduction kiln, with various glazes applied.
